By using Stelltails or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, and images accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, or normal manufacturing variation. Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice.

2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site or at checkout. Orders must be successfully authorized before processing. We currently accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Card by PayPal. Supported card types are shown at checkout.

3. Order Acceptance
An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit or cancel orders because of inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational issues. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

4. Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 7–13 business days after dispatch. Express shipping may be offered at checkout or arranged by contacting support@stelltails.com before ordering. Available methods, costs, and the most specific estimate for your address appear at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Regular-priced and promotional items are returnable; a Sale badge or promotional price does not mean Final Sale. Only items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase and gift cards are non-returnable. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned for change-of-mind or other non-quality reasons. Defective, damaged, or incorrect customized products qualify for replacement or refund. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

6. Electronic Products
Use electronic products according to their instructions. Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, accidents, water exposure beyond a product’s stated rating, or improper charging is not a product defect. Approved returns must include original accessories and components.

7. Intellectual Property
Stelltails branding, product images, graphics, text, designs, and videos may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stelltails is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
