30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Regular-priced and promotional items are eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Contact us through our Contact page before sending a return.

Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned for change-of-mind or other non-quality reasons. If a customized item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Stelltails will cover the return or replacement cost.

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Final Sale and Gift Cards

Only items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase and gift cards are non-returnable. A promotional price or Sale badge alone does not make an item Final Sale.

EU Customers

Eligible EU customers retain their statutory 14-day cooling-off rights. Customized goods remain subject to applicable EU consumer-law exceptions.
