Order Processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery normally takes 7–13 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary by destination, customs, weather, holidays, or local carrier conditions.

Express Delivery

Express or expedited shipping may be available. Available options, additional charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when offered.

Shipping Availability and Tracking

We ship to supported destinations displayed at checkout. Tracking is available for supported destinations. When a tracked service is used, we will email the tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Available shipping methods, costs, and the most specific estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before payment.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent because of incorrect or incomplete information.
